After deleting files from ext filesystem, df still showing 100% usage
Issue
- a ext3 filesystem is 100% full, after deleting some files from that filesystem it stills shows 100% full.
- there are no open files per lsof on this filesystem
- the filesystem was unmounted and fsck was run but it showed everything was fine
- mounting it again shows the same problem
