Red Hat employee termination script touches all the Red Hat Bugzillas and sends alerts about the ownership or role changes made.

Issue

• The Employee termination scripts which is executed on daily basis by Red Hat to change the ownership and role of any engineers who is part of Red Hat Bugzillas, creates alerts for the other Bugzilla contacts and contributors about the modifications.
• This script should only touch the open Bugzillas and avoid alerts for the Bugzillas which are already closed.
• If it needs to modify the Closed bugzillas as well, is there a way avoid the alerts for others?
