Event logging in JBoss ON does not function when native support is disabled

Issue

  • Adding event log source leads to unavailable resource.
  • The resource goes down/unavailable after adding the event log source.
  • The event logging in JBoss ON is not supported when native support is disabled.

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (JON) 3.x
  • AIX 7 or any other platform that does not have native supported
  • JBoss ON Agent started with --nonative option
