Issue

Unable to start system in runlevel5 after applying latest package updates. Getting a spinning circle on display and then it locks up without login screen.
There are no errors in the Xorg logs, but the Xorg log file does seem a little shorter than expect.
The system is accessible via ssh however the console is locked. Keyboard or mouse are not working and the display is stuck with the REDHAT ENTERPRISE LINUX 6 banner.
