How to pre-populate the application registry in EPP 5?

Issue

• We need to roll out our pre-configured Portal instance in mulitple server environments. For this, we are looking for a way to define the following information from the application registry through configuration files:
• The categories in the 'Application Registry' screen.
• The permissions for that categories.
• The portlets belonging to that categories.
• The default permissions for that portlets.
