JMX Client timeout

Issue

• Is there any way to configure a JMX client such that the connection timeout is less than the default 5s? If so, Where should it be configured?

• Is there any way to configure a JMX client to use less than the observed default 7 threads per connection?

• Is MBeanServerConnection object asynchronous such that it serves multiple threads at the same time and there is no need to build a thread pool?

• Is the MBeanServerConnection instance threadsafe such that if there are multiple threads sharing the same instance of MBeanServerConnection, then it is okay to share that instance without one thread seeing another thread?
