Can SystemTap debuginfo be placed somewhere else?

Issue

• Can SystemTap debuginfo be placed somewhere else?
• I don't have sufficient root filesystem space to install kernel-debuginfo.
• There simply is not enough space on the server and extending / root partition would be a massive task.
• Can stap debug info be placed in another directory which has free space?
• RPM install fails with:

installing package kernel-debuginfo... needs 1435MB on the / filesystem
