After Provisioning CephFS Volumes below 4MiB the Mounted PV Report the Wrong Capacity

Issue

Provisioning CephFS PVC's with a capacity under 4MiB, when inspecting the PVs mounted in the pod it will not report the true capacity but will instead the report the total consumed capacity of the CephFS Data pool.
