Avoid GlanceMultistoreConfig misconfiguration
Issue
- A stack update of the central site to add extra stores from a DCN site resulted in Glance returning a 503
- The wrong rbd_store_user and rbd_store_pool values are configured for certain stores according to the glance-api.conf
