On RHN Satellite, client systems can not subscribe to custom child channels

Issue

• Custom child channels can not be subscribed as its tick box does not take a tick to enable subscription.
• Trying to subscribe the system throgh - "Child-channel" --> "Target systems" --> selected the client-system then clicked "confirm" then --> "Subscribe" , it fails with an Internal Server Error (ISE).
