Why GUI desktop console screen going blank after login ?

Issue

Users are able to see gdm login screen, but after logging they are getting blank screen. All users are facing this issue.
The problem is observed only while GNOME desktop is chosen to login on login screen. No problem logging into KDE session.
Same is the result with new user account.
Able to launch gnome-session from failsafe session and it does work well.
