DG 8 Troubleshooting Operator issues in OCP 4

Solution Unverified - Updated -

  • How to debug/troubleshoot operator issues?
  • Using the same namespace from previous runs, in a new installed operator, when creating a new cache - the cache does not get created, the error is not that much verbose so doesn't add much information besides the 401 (unauthenticated) - see below:
{"level":"error","ts":1635195086.301863,"logger":"controller_cache","msg":"Error validating cache exist","Request.Namespace":"rhsso-np","Request.Name":"work","error":"HTTP response code: 401","stacktrace":"github.com/go-logr/zapr.(*zapLogger).Error\n\t/root/go/src/github.com/infinispan/infinispan-operator/vendor/github.com/go-logr/zapr/zapr.go:128\ngithub.com/infinispan/infinispan-operator/pkg/controller/cache.(*ReconcileCache).Reconcile\n\t/root/go/src/github.com/infinispan/infinispan-operator/pkg/controller/cache/cache_controller.go:188\nsigs.k8s.io/controller-runtime/pkg/internal/controller.
