DG 8 Troubleshooting steps for issues in OCP 4

Issue

• How to debug/troubleshoot operator issues?
• How to debug/troubleshoot DG 8 image issues in OCP 4?
• Using the same namespace from previous runs, in a new installed operator, when creating a new cache - the cache does not get created, the error is not that much verbose so doesn't add much information besides the 401 (unauthenticated) - see below:
