RHEV database (postgresql) fails to start, with the error message "FATAL: could not open lock file "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432.lock": Permission denied"
Issue
- When trying to restart RHEV, the database fails to start with the following error:
FATAL: could not open lock file "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432.lock": Permission denied
