Maximum length for 3scale public base url

Issue

  • I have created a service which is fifty-characters-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, and my 3scale wildcard domain is apps.example.com.
    I expect the staging public base URL would be
    https://fifty-characters-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-apicast-staging.apps.example.com
    but it is
    https://fifty-characters-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-apic-c94f2b8.apps.example.com
    does 3scale public base URL has any length limitation, where can I find the doc to describe this?
