Errors during downloading metadata for repository when trying to install katello-ca-consumer in Red Hat Satellite 6

Issue

After removing the katello-ca-consumer package and trying to install it again using the instructions from the Satellite web interface (Hosts > Content Hosts > Register Content Host > 2. Install the pre-built bootstrap RPM), the following error message is shown:

# yum localinstall katello-ca-consumer-latest.noarch.rpm
