Add proxy variables to Clair
Issue
Current versions of Quay operator do not support adding environment variables to specific deployments. In disconnected environments, this severely impacts Clair as it cannot download security metadata from various sources.

Openshift 4.7+
Quay Operator 3.5.x and above
Note: Quay operator v3.7.0 and above will have the ability to set proxy variables directly via the CRD. The tracking JIRA can be found here.
