[RHV] Error downloading VM disk images: "Cannot transfer Virtual Disk: Disk is locked"
Issue
- Some snapshot operations like image transfers or snapshot deletion fail because the disk is locked.
- The disk status was previously queried in the API and it was not locked.
- This is affecting the image transfers and snapshot removals done by vProtect.
