Internal Server Error when changing entitlements on a virtualization host registered to Satellite

Issue

• Internal Server Error when changing system profile entitlements on a Satellite client system of a sub-organization

Dom0s give error screen

• Adding or removing entitlements, such as Provisioning or Monitoring, from virtual host system profile gives error page
• When altering system entitlements on my sub organization machines the following error apppears in my catalina.out logs :
