Internal api's dns entry required when ingress vip is set on control-plane nodes

Issue

• The official BM IPI guide does not say a word about the requirement to have api-int.. DNS record working.
• However, if a user decides to apply manifests described here to make network components running only on control plane nodes, this becomes a problem because worker nodes at the very late provisioning phase cannot resolve api-int.. via upstream DNS server.
