zipl command failed with "Error: Component overlap: kernel image and initial ramdisk"

Issue

I downloaded the iso file of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 for s390 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.10 machine.
And, I run zipl command with the kernel and initrd image from the iso file.

# zipl -V -t /ISO/ -i /ISO/images/kernel.img -r /ISO/images/initrd.img -p /ISO/images/generic.prm

But, zipl command failed with the following error

Error: Component overlap: kernel image and initial ramdisk

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.1 and 6.2
