MySQL Server Optimizer Denial of Service (CVE-2013-3804)
Issue
A flaw in the Server Optimizer of MySQL 5.1.69, 5.5.31, and 5.6.11 (including prior versions of each of the aforementioned builds) can be exploited by remotely authenticated users to evoke a Denial of Service state.
