GDT upload with a column started with "ruletable..." return error on RHPAM
Issue
When we try to upload the excel sheet it is throwing the error: "Unexpected content "true" in cell T12, leave this cell blank". But the cell T12 looks fine, also the same excel sheet if we upload in 7.10 version it is working fine and it is not throwing any error.
