How to collect journal logs of a non starting node in OpenShift 4

- Is it possible to collect logs of a node that is not able to start?
- From the console, the OpenShift node is not showing the login prompt.
- How is possible to share journald logs in a support request if the machine is not able to boot?
- The boot of an OpenShift node ends into emergency mode.
