Network interfaces do not come up and ifconfig shows blank on RHEL5
Issue
- Network interfaces do not come up and ifconfig shows blank
- ifconfig -a does not show second bonding device
- ifup fails with error:
# ifup bond1
bond1: unknown interface: No such device
