No egress traffic from OpenStack OVS-DPDK compute node

Issue

  • Instances on OVS-DPDK compute node are not receiving DHCP offers or ARP replies
  • Manually configured instances on the same OVS-DPDK compute node can ping each other
  • No OVS-DPDK traffic leaves the compute node
