Unable to login to Red Hat portal after creating a 2nd profile

Issue

  • In order to access additional subscriptions, which reside in another account number, I had to create a 2nd profile on the Red Hat profile. After creating the 2nd profile, I am no longer able to login into the 1st profile. The Red Hat portal keeps redirecting me to the second profile
profile1: accountID 123456 
username mylogin.one 
email me@myowndomain.com

profile2: accountID 123457 
username me@myowndomain.com 
email me@myowndomain.com
