iperf3 does not reach the required speed on NVIDIA BlueField-2 DPU SoC
Issue
The "Mellanox Technologies MT42822 BlueField-2 integrated ConnectX-6 Dx network" supports 100G, but the TCP-throughput tested by iperf3 can't reach the required bandwidth.
