"Content-Length: 0" header is added as a first response against "Expect: 100-continue" request header
Issue
With Red Hat Fuse 6.x, "Content-Length" header is not included against "Expect: 100-continue" request header.
However, with Red Hat Fuse 7.x, "Content-Length: 0" header is added as a first response.
