mysql got an error reading communication packets

Issue

• We had trouble installing applications due to mysql receiving bad packets on controller 0

-This resulted in application installation failure

• When controller-0 was taken out of cluster, the installation completed successfully.

• Error keeps repeating /var/log/containers/mysql/mysqld.log:
