gdm-x-session could not open /var/lib/gdm/.cache/gdm/Xauthority to store auth cookie: Permission denied
Issue
- The server is not going beyond Gnome Display Manager (GDM) when booting.
- Unable to start system in GUI mode after upgrading to Red Hat Enterprise Linux8.4. There is only a black screen on the console.
