  • Postgres returned the following while connecting to newly created db.

    psql : FATAL:  invalid page header in block 0 of base/1669394/XXXX

  • Found the following message in logs after connection failure.

    12:50:24 ISTLOG:  connection authorized: user=postgres database=testdb
12:50:24 ISTFATAL: invalid page header in block 0 of relation base/1669394/1259
