RHEV-M: "Failed to run VM" error displayed for virtual machine with direct LUN mapping
Issue
The following errors are displayed when attempting to start a VM:
Failed to run VM <VMNAME> on Host <HYPERVISOR>
VM <VMNAME> is down. Exit message: Bad volume specification {...
Rebooting the hypervisor does not help.

- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.x
- direct LUN mapped to VM
