[RHV] [Power8] Can not start VM becasue of "Failed to allocate KVM HPT"
Issue
- The Virtual Machines failed to start.

Error message registered in the events log window:
"qemu-kvm: Failed to allocate KVM HPT of order 26: Cannot allocate memory#012Try smaller maxmem?"
