autofs-5.0.5-88.el6 breaks maps that have a -v in the mount options

Issue

  • After upgrade to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5, autofs is failing to mount
  • autofs appears that it is attempting to use nfsv4 even though /etc/nfsmount.conf and /etc/sysconfig/autofs are both configured to use nfsv3
  • autofs-5.0.5-88.el6 breaks maps that have a -v in the mount options

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation release 6.5 (Santiago)
  • autofs-5.0.5-88.el6.x86_64
