KafkaconnectS2i plugin not found on AMQ Streams

Issue

• Permission denied problem in the .jar plugin file. Plugin is not deployed as expected after following the document [1] to create a new image using Red Hat AMQ Streams 1.7.0. and a Dockerfile.

We will get this output after generating the image if we look into the folder where the plugin should be available.
