RHEL7: Unable to modify contents of directory, EPERM
Issue
Trying to touch and existing file or create a new one returns EPERM error on a concrete path :
# touch /test/testfile
touch: setting times of 'testfile' No such file or directory
- Credentials, permissions, ACLs and any other extended attributes are ok.
- SELinux is not running
