Newly added nodes are going into the NotReady state intermittently
Issue
- After adding a couple of nodes into the existing cluster, intermittent NodeNotReady events can be observed.
- Network operator is in the Degraded state after adding nodes to the cluster.
- Newly added nodes are flapping.
