[RHV] Cannot start new VM with the error: "A VM is not secure: VNC has no password and SASL"
Issue
- Unable to start newly created VM
- Error: VNC not secure: passwdValidTo empty or missing and SASL not configured
- VDSGenericException: VDSErrorException: Failed to CreateBrokerVDS, error = Error creating the requested VM, code = 9
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.4
- FIPS mode enabled
