One of the cronjob is failing with error "For running trends:counter you need to install Foreman Statistics" after upgrading to Red Hat Satellite 6.9

Issue

• After upgrade to Red Hat Satellite 6.9, the trends:counter cronjob fails with following error.

  rake aborted!
  For running trends:counter you need to install Foreman Statistics plugin /usr/share/foreman/lib/tasks/trends.rake:5:in `ensure_statistics_plugin'
  /usr/share/foreman/lib/tasks/trends.rake:10:in `block (2 levels) in <top (required)>'
