RHV Administration Portal: High memory usage on Windows client browser during disk move or copy operations

Issue

• On Windows client browsers Firefox or Chrome, a disk Move or Copy operation may cause memory to be leaked.
• Issue does not require to perform the disk operation, it appears in previous Storage Domain selection menu.
• The higher number of disks are present on Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) environment, the higher memory will be leaked on each operation.
• Depending on memory available on Windows client, Out of Memory may be reached with few disk operation request.
