Issue

• Control plane kubelet gets Unauthorized and stuck when bootstrapping control plane hosts with 10 min gaps in OpenShift 4

  • The scenario is: boot cp0 and 10 min wait then boot cp1. cp1 gets the repeating nodes is forbidden errors when trying to register nodes.
