What is the use of Process controller port --pc-port

Issue

• What is the significance of this "--pc-port" ?
• How can it be set ?
• What is the purpose of "--pc-port" in domain mode in EAP6 ?
• What is the use of Process Controller ?
• On the Host controller localhost observing high port binding? So it there a way to specify a specific port rather than a very high random port selection ?
• While trying to bind EAP to a single interface and also predictably allocating all ports. It is have achieved in all cases except for a host controller socket that seems to bind against localhost and opens a random high port.
