UDEV rules are not changing Oracle disk user permissions at boot
Issue
- User 'oracle' is a LDAP user
- When configuring udev rules to change a disk to owner 'oracle', the changes are not getting applied at boot.
- Manually running 'udevadm trigger' or 'udevadm control --reload-rules' after boot changes the device permissions successfully.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
