How to add a nodePlacement and Toleration to default ingresscontroller resource in openshift-ingress-operator namespace

Issue

• There is a need to place your router-default pods on infra nodes with a taint that is not tolerated by the deployment.

• Pushing a patch to the ingresscontroller/default resource in openshift-ingress-operator namespace fails, or otherwise reverts your changes after edits.
