RHCS-10.2 installation completed using RHEL-8.4 repositories instead of RHCS repos

Issue

I wish to install latest RHEL-8.4 packages plus the RHCS-10.2 released packages from subscription manager, but the Red Hat Certificate System version 10.2 repositories are not available, not used, and the RHEL-8 PKI packages are instead installed.

Example showing the el8pki packages are not installed, but the el84 ones:

pki-ca noarch 10.10.5-3.module+el8.4.0+11039+635979e4 rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms 1.0 M
