The thanos queries is not exporting the path for getting the labels from the api in OCP 4

Issue

Not possible to query to the thanos-querier the path /api/v1/labels since it's not exposed for the kube-rbac-proxy container.
Not able to list the /api/v1/labels path when querying to the thanos-querier.
