3scale Public Base URL not working - 404 error and service not found for host logged in apicast logs

Issue

• A lot of microservices are configured with 3scale. Recently the clients are receiving a 404 NOT FOUND message for some services.
• In the APIcast logs appears the following error message: [warn] 285#285: *6 host_based_finder.lua:20: find_service(): service not found for host {$HOST}
