Problems obtaining workmanager thread statistics via CLI in JBoss

Issue

  • not able to see the runtime metrics for workmanager thread pool
  • threads are being created and used but current-thread-count shows as zero.

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 6.0.1
  • workmanager as defined in
    • jboss-as-jca_1_0.xsd
    • jboss-as-jca_1_1.xsd
  • The following does not accurately capture statistics
/host=master/server=server-one/subsystem=jca/workmanager=default/long-running-threads=default:read-resource(recursive=true,include-runtime=true)
