After Openshift update, 3Scale zync-database does not start

Issue

• 3Scale zync-database does not start after Openshift update.
  zync-database:

  waiting for server to start....2021-08-04 05:19:31.622 GMT [24] LOG:  skipping missing configuration file "/var/lib/pgsql/data/userdata/postgresql.auto.conf"
  postgres: could not find the database system
  Expected to find it in the directory "/var/lib/pgsql/data/userdata",
  but could not open file "/var/lib/pgsql/data/userdata/global/pg_control": No such file or directory
   stopped waiting
  pg_ctl: could not start server
  Examine the log output.
