Change the system time of the monitor lead to osd marking down
Issue
Chorny service is on the Monitor Node. using chorny to adjust the Ceph cluster time. When the time of the MONITOR node is significantly adjusted and the OSD node is consistent with the monitor node, the OSD node is marked down
